Smoke and Ashes
This Hunger Games manicure inspiration is based solely on the name from the China Glaze Capitol Collection line. It's Katniss' district, coal: the smoke and ashes from district 12.

This is such a nice idea! I love the silver holo vs a regular silver polish.
Very cool, I love the hint of rainbow you get from OMG while still maintaining the effect of smoke.
